Providing the manpower

Pastor Danny, senior pastor of a church founded by overseas workers in 1954, has been overseeing a project to build a house for guests and visiting workers assisting the community since February this year. Work was slow because church members have very little time aside from their regular jobs and three months of labour had only yielded the beginning foundation. A young, enthusiastic team of ten from Doulos worked tirelessly at the building site and by the final day, the home was more than half finished. Pastor Danny gratefully exclaimed, “We have been so blessed to have you here with us! We were really in need of manpower; you have helped bring this building up!”
